Have been quite awhile since i last posted on my Blog..... yaya,.. the same old excuse... busy , busy, busy.... Well, had a good CNY and really gain a few grams during the festives season. hmm... maybe not just a few grams.... a few thousands grams ?? haha... so 1 am trying hard to lose them all over again....
Work?????Have been busy and hectic as always...... that's inevitable in Manufacturing.......... i'm sure my friends in STM will know best.... If i were to meet someone from STM, they will probably ask me " Hey, How's CSM??? Good? Bonus fat a not??" The answer i will probably give is " Still ok loh, Bonus lousy (but a bit better than STM ba, but more or less same la) , nevertheless, it enable me to learn quite a lot as compared to STM. But, work is work, so stressful. Recently, from my side, they intend to sack one engineer.
Well.... the story goes like this......
There is this A, C and D. A is a new senior Engr who is really stupid.(Sorry to use this strong word but really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) D is always not so good de..... C still ok lah.... at least he never do anything wrong..... All started when C gave A his password . (Why C so blurr give his password ah? ... because A very jialat till my boss don't wanna approve his password even after 5 months. ) C's password was seen releasing 1lot that he shoudn't, at least The director though is C but later found out that A was the one as he was using C's password. ....
should be very chim by now right??? hee heeTo cut the story short, 3 mistakes done, out of this 3 incidents, 1 was done by D and 2 was done by A using C's password. Now, the management wanna sack 1 out of this 3 engr. I hope they sack A.... i really cannot work with him... well... you may think i am very bad, but really leh... everyone who ever worked with him want him sacked.... He's indian from India..... but why my ex-colleagues from STM also not like that leh.... although some also indian from india. Infact most quite ok from the work they do, you will know la.The reason the A gave for his Mistakes is that :
"Patrick taught me to do that"Was shocked and angry when my boss asked me about that. He say that i taught him this disposition. At that moment, i don't know to laugh or cry... hhahaOne time, He scaned the lot with Viper(inspection tool) 100% and found center defect. He called me to re-locate because he cannot find the rework route. When i checked the lot, i found that it was already rework previously for center defect and immedicately after rework, was future hold to do 100% scan, and found center defect again... I Called him and asked in a very sacastic way " Sanjeev..., what you wanna do with this lot? " he say he wanna send rework because he found center defect. then i answered " What you wanna wash away?" he say the centre defect... i was already laughing like mad..... Then i told him " Sanjeev, no resist there, what you wanna wash???? " After a long long explaination, then he know he make a wrong disposition..... But this is not the first time lah... he always make stupid disposition with no logic.... From now on i won't tell him anything, if not he will say i teach him to do this way again.....
